INSPEC 0.8 is four-column vertical structure press with an upper clamping mechanism. The press is equipped with a trolley for the precise location of product, which is moved into position in the press for cutting and equipped with two independent pneumatic holder, which keeps product in the desired position when cutting. Cutting movement is provided by hydraulic drive and other auxiliary functions are made by pneumatic valves. Cutting plate and a trolley are provided with threaded holes for mounting molds. Cutting board runs along the circular pillars in housings with ball linear guidance, ass well as trolley and holders are kept in linear ball rails.Machine drive is made by hydraulic power pack, which is connected to the press via high-pressure hydraulic hoses.
INSPEC 0.8 is equipped with safety guarding, which prevents access to the area with dangerous moves, or into space of the press when cutting. Access to this area for repairs, maintenance, servicing and replacing the molds is made possible through double doors.
